李桂祥，1990年毕业于内蒙古师范大学美术系，后进修于地方 美术学院油画系，并在清华大学深造，现为中国美术家协会会员，多幅油画作品参加国内大型画展。
其作品《春分》入选中国第三届油画大展，《草原上的云》入选中国风景风情小型油画展，《鄂尔多斯故事》入选中国西部大地情中国画、油画展。
