杜春辉，生于山东荣成，1997年毕业于山东艺术学院，2006年就读于高泉先生油画工作室，2007年就读于北京画院油画研修班，2010年至2012年就读于地方 美术学院油画创作高级研讨 班，师从靳尚谊詹建俊全山石钟涵等先生，现为中国美术家协会会员。总装部美术书法研讨 院美术研讨 员，山东油画学会理事。《历练的风景》发表与《世界美术》，《烟云》发表与《美术》，《荷塘》发表与《中国油画》。
2015年杜春辉艺术馆开馆（荣成市博物馆）；举办“书写·表现”杜春辉油画作品展（大都美术馆）；
2014年作品《历练的风景》入选第十二届全国美展；
