竺士慧（1933.12—）浙江杭州人。擅长水彩画、油画。
1953年考入南京师大美术系。
1957年大学毕业后长时间 从事美术和教育工作。
1978年调桂林地区教育学院，历任艺术系科主任，美术科副教授、教授。

作品《绣花》、《秋菊竞艳》入选全国首届青年美展；《瑶妹》入选中国水彩画大展等。发表论文有《锤炼艺术品格》、《从孩子自幼爱绘画谈起》。
1993年获政府授予“突出贡献”的荣誉奖励。传略前后 被载入《世界名人录》、《中国当代书画家名人大辞典》、《中国美术年鉴》等数十部文献辞海。
