简崇志(1949.7—)广东顺德人。擅长水彩画、水粉画。1979年毕业于四川美术学院附中。历任四川阿坝州南坪文明 馆、重庆钢铁公司俱乐部美术干部。作品有《高洁》、《晴霞》等，《黎明的号角》获第六届全国美展铜奖等。今为成都某学院美术系教授，1 个用心和血去画了大半生的人，1 个把生命与自然交融在一同 的人，1 个朝三暮四却唯独 对画专注 的人。
