何启超(1955.1—)女，四川重庆人。擅长水粉画、中国画。1974年毕业于成都市艺术学校，1988年毕业于四川广播电视大学。历任四川美术出版社编辑、室主任、社长助理、副社长。作品《朱德元帅接见战役 英雄》获第四届全国年画展三等奖，《我给你们当好后勤》获第七届全国美展铜奖。
