黄永生，1957年8月生，1982年7月毕业于福建师范大学美术系。次要 从事水彩画创作，现为福建省美协水彩艺委会副主任，福建省美协水彩画会副会长，中国美术家协会会员，厦门水彩研讨 会理事，集美大学美术学院教授。
作品入选第七届全国美展，第二届全国水彩水粉画展，中国第三届油画展，全国首届小幅水彩画展，第十1 届亚运会中国体育美展，杭州95中国水彩画大展，纪念《延讲》发表六十周年全国美术作品展，1997年获第七届中国水彩画大展铜奖并被中国美术家协会水彩画艺委会收藏。1994年在台北举办“黄永生重彩画展览”。
1，1997年，水彩《姑嫂船》入选第七届中国水彩画大展，获得铜奖。
2，2004年，作为厦门市政府选派艺术家前往荷兰祖特梅尔市进行艺术交流，并举办水彩作品展览，获得当地艺术家好评。
3，2009年，水彩《阳光西藏》获得福建省第十1 届美术作品优秀奖（最高奖）。
4，2010年，水彩《一同 走》获得福建省高校教师美术作品展1 等奖。
5，2011年，水彩画《鼓浪屿印象》入选第二届全国小幅水彩画展览。
