李青艾，女，1939年生人，河北省邯郸市邱县新马头镇李省庄村人，1961年毕业于河北美术学院，中国美术家协会会员，中国民协会员。50年代始在报刊发表作品。获研讨 馆员职称，邱县文明 馆退休干部。1983年起与陈跛子共同创办青蛙漫画组，28年如1 日，育画育人，带出享誉全国的独一 1 支农民漫画创作队伍。
代表作品有《荒漠新影》《好花人人爱》等。
