周克难(1919.7—已故)别名周吉人，山西临猗人。擅长漫画、民间美术。1937年西安艺术学校肄业。历任西安菊林，新民中学美术教员、东南 美术家协会秘书长，陕西省群众艺术馆美术干部。作品有连环漫画《保家乡》、《我们坚决解放台湾》。论著有《陕西民间美术》等。
