丁慕琴(1891年9月～1969年12月)，别名丁悚，浙江嘉善人。擅长中国画、漫画。中国美术家协会会员。
曾在上海土山湾画馆学习。就读于上海中西图画函授学堂，师从周湘学画，刻苦自修。
初从事月份牌年画，并任漫画特约员，在《神州日报》、《申报》、《旧事 报》、《上海漫画》等报刊上发表漫画。兼《上海画报》、《健康家庭》等刊编辑，
曾在上海美专、同济大学、晏摩氐、神州、进德等校任教。
建国后曾任上海文史馆馆员。
