党景彦(1928.1—)陕西汉中人。1951年参加工作，曾任成都市歌舞团美术设计，成都市工商银行工会干部。作品有《秋江答问》、《回娘家》等，《安全行车》获1984年全国职工美展二等奖等。1953年开始自学绘画，1986年获四川省自学成材奖。现为二级美术师。已退休。中国美术家协会会员，中国旧事 漫画研讨 会常务理事，四川漫画学会副会长。擅长漫画。作品还有《武松当差》等。
