裴广铎，生于1922年6月，2004年1月去世。甘肃广河人。画家，在《甘肃日报》当美术编辑。擅长版画、漫画。1948年毕业于成都华西协合大学哲学历史系。上个世纪40年代毕业于英美教会华西大学哲学历史系，但受其父———陇上著名画家裴建准陶冶 与绘画结下毕生 之缘。解放后裴广铎先生历任甘肃省文联总干事、副秘书长等职，后调入甘肃日报社任美术编辑、主任编辑直至1986年离休。历任省文联总干事、副秘书长。《甘肃日报》社主任编辑。作品有《伯乐爱马》、《习气 使然》、《不背 农时》等。
《山村春早》、《兰州近郊》、《洮河放筏》、《巴里坤草原》、《天山脚下》等作品，分别发表于国内外报刊，或选送国内外展出。20世纪80年代又创作了《黄河之滨》、《年华》等有影响的作品。1 幅幅版画佳作，刀法洗炼 ，色调明快，风格浑厚，反映了时代风貌，具有浓郁乡情，以大东南 泥土的芳香吸引着众多观赏者。
