陈沙兵(1920.7—1979.5)浙江温州人。擅长木刻。1943年曾入英士大学美术专科、上海美专学习。历任浙江温州地委宣扬 部干部，人民美术出版社创作室创作员，冶金工业部《冶金报》美术编辑。作品有《投票的日子》、《文娱活动》等。
