张学俭(张剑)(1951.6—)山东烟台人。擅长电影美术、油画，国画。八1 电影制片厂美术师、摄影师、主任。前后 担任《奸细》、《破雾》、《解放石家庄》等影片的美术、绘录工作，为《白求恩》、《最初 1 个军礼》、《四渡赤水》等多部影片创作电影宣扬 画，有些作品参加全国电影宣扬 画展览。
创作大批油画，国画作品参加全国，全军美展并被国家级机构收藏。
曾担仼地方 级媒体的制片人，策划人。他领导的团队在业内有着骄人的事迹 ，策划，履行 过国内外许多严重 活动。
他现为中囯美术家协会会员，中国电影家协会会员，中国记协会员，中国经济报刊协会副会长，中国节庆经济专家委员会主任，中国部长将军书画院副院长，中国名家画院理亊长。
