刘兴国(1957.10—)河北邢台人。擅长油画、连环画、粉画。1982年毕业河北师范学院美术系，后在邢台市百花影院、群众艺术馆工作。作品连环画《品质》、粉画《少女肖像》入选第七届全国美展，油画《棋圣》入选第二届全国体育美展。
