涂光明(1936?1—)广西柳州人。擅长油画。1965年毕业于地方 美术学院油画系。曾在中国人民解放军部队、北京特殊钢厂工作。后任职于广西美术家协会。作品《妈妈我也在月光下》入选纪念建军60周年美展；《生命的冲刺》入选第二届中国体育美展。作品有《飒爽英姿》、《狂风掠过法卡山》等。

Ever worked in special steelworks of army of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, Beijing. Successor duty at Guangxi artist association. Work has " valiant heroic bearing " , " fierce wind passes by a law to block hill " etc.
