郑峰，现为中国美术家协会会员，河北省油画研讨 会副会长，河北省美术家协会理事，地方 美术学院特聘教师，燕山大学艺术学院教授。1959年生于邯郸，1976年高中毕业，1982毕业于河北师范大学美术系。1976年至1978年在河北省广平县文明 馆从事群众美术辅导工作。1978年考入河北师范大学美术系。1982年毕业获学士学位。1982年至1985年在河北省广平县文明 馆从事美术创作、群众美术辅导和宣扬 工作。1985年调入河北省邯郸市教育学院，组建美术系从事美术教学工作至今。1986年至1989年从事美术教学和美术创作。1989年5月在河北省会石家庄“艺海画廊”举办第1 次个人美展“河北日报”“河北文论报”“河北科技报”作了专题报道。1990年被学院民主评为美术系主任。作品《天宇》获河北省美展1 等奖。1992年作品《狱墙》荣获河北省美术作品展1 等奖。在地方 美院画廊举办第二次个人画展。被学院评为先进工作者，市教委授予记大功奖励。1993年参编河北省教师进修高等师范专科音、体、美三专业课程及考试办法。晋升为副教授。出任邯郸市职工美术家协会副主席。
1994年作品《山水》入选中日美术交流展。作品《狱墙》参加美国依阿华州克拉克学院美术交流展。作品《晃》入选全国第八届美展并在优秀作品展中荣获“获奖作品”奖（八届美展未分等级）
1995年被市教委授予“嘉奖”奖励。1996年被市教委授予“三等功”奖励。1997年被河北省教委特聘为河北省教师继续教育学科中心教研组初中美术组组长。1998年被市委、市政府批准为市第二批优秀专业技术拔尖人才。1999年作品《无死人生》入选文明 部，中国美协举办的第九届全国美展并荣获“银牌奖”出任河北省油画研讨 会副会长。破格晋升为教授。荣获国家教委曾宪梓教育基金会师范类教师“三等奖”。2000年正式应聘为邯郸市第1 教育学院美术系教授，作品《无死人生》入选《1979-1999中国当代美术》在《美术观察》第二期上刊载，获邯郸市委市政府1990年-2000年度文艺复兴 奖。
2001年2月邯郸市第1 教育学院、第二教育学院、邯郸市特教和邯郸师专四校合并为新邯郸师范专科学校，出任美术系主任职务。3月享用 河北省中青年教师特殊津贴。9月入地方 美术学院油画系“材料表现与研讨 ”研修班。12月作品《九九归1 》入选“西部西部”全国大展，并在《东南 美术》上刊载。2002年荣获“马利材料创作奖学金1 等奖”。2005年12月-2006年1月作品《冬日暖阳》《路》《1 把椅子的影子》入选中国美术馆主办的“无尽江山”油画家指名展。2006年1月调入燕山大学艺术学院任教。
