白建涛，1969年8月生，甘肃镇原人，1995年毕业于东南 师大美术系。现为中国美术家协会会员，东南 师大美术学院副教授，硕士研讨 生导师。主攻油画，擅长书法。出版有《21世纪优秀艺术家画集•白建涛》、《当代名家集—白建涛》油画作品集。
