孙志宜，男，1958年生于合肥。画家、古文明 艺术家、收藏家、民俗专家。中共党员。1983年本科毕业，2000年研讨 生班毕业。1993年破格晋升副教授，2001年晋升为教授。合肥师范学院、安徽大学硕士生导师。2002年受中国美术家公派赴法、德、意等做访问学者。2010年获国家文明 部政府文华奖“最好 成就奖”。
2004年担任安徽教育学院艺术系主任，2007年担任合肥师范学院艺术系主任，2008年担任合肥师范学院美术系主任，2011年至今担任合肥师范学院艺术传媒学院院长。
现任中国美术家协会、中国油画学会会员，安徽动漫专业委员会副主任，安徽油画艺委会副主任，安徽陶瓷艺术协会副会长，安徽中小学美术教学专业委员会理事长。
掌管 《美术学省级特色专业建设点》、《出色 动漫设计师人才教育培养计划》、《艺术欣赏研讨 与教学——新课程开发研讨 》、《安徽高校公共艺术课程设置及教材建设研讨 》、《动漫专业产学研实践教学基地实践实训教学体系建设研讨 》。《新徽派版画艺术发展史研讨 》。《新徽派版画艺术研讨 》等省教育厅质量工程项目、重点教研项目、省教育厅人文社科项目、省哲学社科规划项目。
出版学术专著《速写》、《油画赏析》、《失落与超越－－东方 后古代 艺术景象 研讨 》、《插图技法表现》、《包装设计》、《东方 美术教育史》、《人文艺术名著导读》、《现当代美术思潮》、《外国美术理论选读》、《中国古代艺术品鉴赏》、《美术鉴赏的方法》、《速写表现》等。
总主编安徽“十1 5 ”省级规划教材《公共艺术教育系列教材》（12本）总主编安徽“十1 5 ”省级规划教材《美术学教育史论系列教材》（12本）。
发表在美术观察、美术、装潢 、中国高等院校理科 文摘等二类以上核心期刊教学、专业论文多篇。
油画作品，前后 入选“第七届全国美展”、“第八届全国美展”、“第十1 届全国美展”、“江南名家画展”、“中国油画艺术展”、“全国美术作品展”、“第三届全国油画展”、“第八届全国美展优秀作品展”、“第八届全国美展部分优秀作品展赴港澳台特展”、“中国当代艺术赴日本特展”等国家级展览。
作品获奖，前后 获“第八届全国美展”文明 部铜奖、“第三届全国油画展”中国美术家协会优秀奖、“中国人民武装警察部队首届金盾美术作品展”1 等奖，及“安徽省美术大展”（文明 厅、文联、美协）金奖、银奖、铜奖、优秀奖、提名奖等。
油画作品前后 被中国美术馆等收藏机构收藏。
