马洪琪(1939.5—)天津人。擅长油画。1961年毕业于天津美术学院。1981年毕业于山西大学研讨 生班，留校任教。现为山西大学美术学院教授。《老房东》参加建国15周年全国美展，油画《人民领袖人民爱》、《救难》参加全国美展。合作连环画和年画《焦裕录》出版发行。
