边秉贵(1939.9—)河北丰南人。擅长油画、国画、美术教育。1961年毕业于天津美术学院，1962年毕业于浙江美术学院博巴油画研讨 班。在天津美术学院任教至今，油画系教授。作品《战地黎明》入选全国美展、《小羊乖乖》入选赴日本第1 届亚洲绘画展、《着时装的姑娘》入选首届中国油画展、《星星》入选第八届全国美展。
