潘英乔，广东顺德人。擅长油画、中国画。1940年毕业于重庆国立艺专西画系。1948年后曾任《中国日报》、江苏《新华日报》副刊编辑，中国美术家协会江苏分会干部。安徽省亳州地区文联秘书长。作品有《夏茧图》、《牧鹅》、《值勤在岗位上》等。
