叶立夫(1943.12—)别名叶廷学，辽宁昌图人。擅长油画。1964年毕业于内蒙古师范大学艺术系。历任师范学校教师、内蒙古呼伦贝尔盟群众艺术馆创作员。作品有《鹿铃曲》、《猎乡》等。
