江晓卫(1959.7—)广东人。擅长油画。1976年参加地区美术创作班学习，1980年在西安美术学院版画系进修，现为海军南海舰队政治部文艺创作室美术师。作品《雪域之鹰》入选第八届全国美展，《长江告急》获“抗洪精神赞”全军美术作品展优秀奖，《迷彩·海》获第九届全国美展优秀奖。
