李纯荣(1939.2—)别名牧野，河北邯郸人。擅长油画、版画。1963年毕业于天津美术学院油画系，后从事文艺宣扬 工作。曾任核工业221厂工会主席，1 级美术师。作品有《鸟岛》(获全国电影宣扬 画二等奖)，版画《为了和平》，水粉画《赛马场上》，设计建造《中国第1 个核兵器 研制基地纪念碑》、油画《盾·碑》三联画等。
