赵时铭(1941.10—)河南镇平人。擅长漫画。1958年毕业于西安商业学校。陕西省石油总公司西安分公司办公室主任、高级经济师。作品有《胖嫂回娘家》、《种田难》、《信息》、《迟到的祝愿 》、《大院里的大事 》(系列漫画)等。部分作品入选第六、七届全国美展、全国漫画展等。
