梁传魁(1936.6—)江苏邳县人。擅长漫画。自学绘画，曾任邳县车辐大队俱乐部主任，后参加江苏省美术训练班学习。后在江苏邳县车辐山邮电局工作。作品有《飞机撞断玉米秆》、《花生丰收》、《牛是农家宝》等。
