陈企衡(1932.7—)上海崇明人。擅长漫画、根雕艺术。60年代前从事漫画创作，80年代开始根雕创作。历任中国美术家协会漫画组秘书，国际联络部干事，内蒙古基层文明 馆干部，吉林省画院专业创作员。作品有漫画《在漂亮的招牌背后》、根雕《泉》等。多次获“刘开渠根艺奖”评委特别奖，并被摄入电影《中国根艺》及电视《生命的秋天》。
