(1952年12-) 藏族， 西藏拉萨人。 擅长中国画。 1975 年毕业于地方 民族学院美术系。 曾在拉萨市文明 局从事创作。1985在地方 工艺美院书装系 进修。现为西藏人民出版社美编室主任，西藏美术家协会副主席，中国美协第四、5 届理事 。作品有《描绘将来 》、《母亲》等，《欣欣向荣》获第二届全国青年美展三等奖等。

 (1952 -) Tibetan, Lhasa Tibetan. Good at Chinese painting. Graduated from the Department of Fine Arts, Central Academy of Nationalities in 1975. He has been engaged in creation in Lhasa Cultural Bureau. In 1985, he studied in the Academic Fashion Department of the Central Academy of Arts and Crafts. He is currently the director of the aesthetic editing room of the Tibetan People's Publishing House, the vice-chairman of the Tibetan Artists Association, and the fourth and fifth members of the Chinese Artists Association. His works include "Describing the Future" and "Mother" and "Prosperity" won the third prize of the 2nd National Youth Art Exhibition.
