糜文焕，江苏无锡人。擅长装潢 美术。早年在新华大学肄业。曾在商务印书馆图画部、儿童书局编辑部、香港《星岛日报》从事美术编辑、绘画工作，为“漫画界抗敌协会”会员。1949年后任外文局中国建设杂志社美术编辑。著有《今日之儿童美术》等。
