罗耀辉(1933.2—)别名罗光有，女，四川达县人。擅长雕塑。1955年毕业于四川美术学院雕塑系。任教于四川美术学院雕塑系。作品有《江姐》(合作)、《小淘气》、《李家俊烈士像》等。
