陈文灿(1944.8—)福建人。擅长漆画、设计。1965年毕业于福建工艺美校，1975年后历任福建省工艺美术学校书记、校长，福州大学工艺美术学院常务副院长。长时间 从事美术教育。现为副教授、中国美协漆画艺委会秘书长。作品《窗》入选第九届全国美展；漆画《武夷之春》等作品陈列在北京大会堂福建厅、福建省政府接待厅、厦门市外贸大厦、新加坡国际会展中心、香港中银大厦、福建省政协大楼。
