卢禹君，1968年6月生人，哈尔滨师范大学艺术学院装璜 系，硕士学位；教授，硕士生导师，中国服装设计师协会会员，黑龙江省青联常委。哈尔滨师范大学美术学院服装系主任。主修水墨人物画；卢禹君时装品牌创立人、设计总监。
1987年毕业于哈尔滨大学服装系（获学士学位）；
2006年毕业于哈尔滨师范大学艺术学院装璜 系（获硕士学位）；
1988年入黑龙江省服装研讨 所任设计师；
成立黑龙江省第1 个以本身 名字注册的时装设计公司，被省台的《赶早人》节目订为赶早人；注册商标“卢禹君”；
1990年参加省科委立项的《亚麻服装的设计与开发》课题组担任款式设计；
1993年开设了四个服装专卖店和服装厂；
1999年入地方 工艺美院深造；
2000年在广州注册服装商标“安心”；
