奎勇(1941.1—)蒙族，内蒙土左旗人。擅长油画。1965年毕业于地方 民族学院艺术系油画班。现任内蒙古美协副主席、二级美术师。作品有油画《春之曲》等。油画《八月》入选第八届全国美展、油画静物画入选第四届全国体育美展。
