杨庆义，1957年出生，山东济南人山东艺术学院美术系教授。1983年毕业于山东艺术学院，留校任教至今。
1995毕业于年地方 美术学院第7届油画研修班。现为山东艺术学院教授、硕士生导师、中国美术家协会会员、中国书画家研讨 会会员、山东油画艺委会委员。
油画作品多次参加国内外美展。代表作品有《家》《驼矶岛上的记忆》《梁山子孙》《洗衣妇》《捡花生》《故乡的河》《黑旦、黑狗和黑牛》等。油画《崂山女》在广电部、地方 电视台举办的“新铸联杯中国画、油画精品展”中获铜奖。油画作品《美人蕉》在第二届中国静物油画展中获二等奖。1997年由北京海豚出版社编著出版《绘画与设计基础——色彩》，2002年由河北美术出版社出版《色彩静物写生》，2004年由江西美术出版社出版《杨庆义水粉画精品选》。[1]
早在先生 时代就有多件油画作品参展与发表，《女先生 》参加华东六省1 市肖像画展；《梁山子孙》、《砣矶岛上的记忆》参加山东风土人情进京画展；毕业创作《铁水奔流》、《家》，其中《家》被选入第6届全国美展。
教学之余不断 坚持油画创作实践，不断推出新作。《山里牛娃》、《故乡的河》、《捡花生》、《洗衣妇》、《浴女》、《归》等，多次参加全国美展。
他的作品取材广泛，有浓郁的生活气息，色彩明快，外型 严谨，用笔流畅、洒脱，富有表现力。
近几年他又陆续推出了油画《崂山女》系列，前后 从不同角度反映了妇女与水的不同画面，最后 的《崂山女》是他观察生活的写照，后来的《崂山女》已不局限于崂山，虽以《崂山女》命题，已广采博取，以理想化的画面为目的，把生活感受与大胆想象结合起来。创作更多的美奉献给观众，是他艺术境界的初衷与寻求 。
