吕小鹏(1934.9—)女，江苏宜兴人。擅长油画。1954年毕业于地方 美术学院华东分院绘画系。历任天津美术出版社编辑，天津美术学院副教授、教授。作品有《炼钢工人》等。年画《白求恩》获1986年全国年画评选二等奖。
