林昌骏，1934年12月生于四川南充市。1950年参军从事美术工作，1954年就读于四川美术学院，1957年毕业留校任教。
师从冯建吴、李文信诸先生，现为四川美院副教授、中国美协会员、中国台湾地区美协荣誉理事、国际文人画家联谊会常任理事。作品曾多次参加全国美展和国际美术展览。作品《踢毽子》参加第1 届社会主义国家外型 艺术展。《援助 红军北上》参加第二届全国美展。《丁佑君》参加第三届全国美展。80年代以来许多作品被美国、德国、法国、日本等国际友人收藏 ，我国香港及台湾地区收藏家收藏。个人艺术简历被列入《中国当代美术家名人录》、《中国艺术家名人录》、《中日古代 美术通鉴》、《世界美术全集》（华人卷）。
