杨永弼，1984年毕业于鲁迅美术学院。辽宁美术家协会理事，辽宁省青年美术家协会理事，辽宁省油画研讨 会理事，锦州市美术家协会主席兼秘书长。作品曾参加全国第八届、第十届全国美展，曾参加全国各大博物馆、纪念馆、大型壁画、全景画、半景画创作，并多次在全国及省市美展中入选获奖。作品多次发表在《美术》、《人民日报》等报刊。现任职于锦州市文联，美术家协会。
1984——1986年，锦州市第二师范学校美术教师。

1980年，油画作品《上学路上》，参加辽宁省青年美展，年仅17岁，是年龄最小的作者。
1987年，油画《红色的记忆》参加锦州市第十届美展获1 等奖，作品发表在《人民日报》上。
1989年，油画《雁声》参加辽宁省美展，作品发表在《美术大观》上。
1990年，参加辽宁省体验生活写生展。
1991年，油画《暖色的土屋》参加在台湾举办的对外交流展；
油画《悄悄的秋风》参加辽宁省油画展，作品被深圳收藏家收藏。
1992年，水彩画《春雨》参加中国水彩画大展和香港中国水彩画大展。
1993年，在北京成功举办《三友油画展》，地方 电视台做了专题报道；
水彩画《还是那个秋天》、《冰雪融化的时候》参加93中国水彩画大展和香港水彩画大展。
1994年，水彩配诗组画《黑土地》参加全国第八届美展并获辽宁省美展1 等奖，作品被台湾收藏家收藏。
1995年，水彩画《塞北的春》参加95中国水彩画大展和香港中国水彩画大展；
油画《悠远 的地方》参加境外交流，在华盛顿展出；
油画《血战台儿庄》参加国际反法西斯胜利5 十周年画展，获特别奖；参加山东枣庄台儿庄纪念馆全景画《血战台儿庄》的创作。
1996年，参加大连军史馆半景画《新保安之战》创作。
1997年，参加广州柳州四十1 军军史馆半景画《塔山阻击战》创作。
1998年，举办《漓江行》个人写生画展，作品被广东旅游出版社出版《漓江行》专辑年历；
油画《雪野》、《悠远 的歌》、《女儿心》参加在中国美术馆举办的锦州画院进京展，《雪野》发表在《美术》上。
1999年，油画《勿忘童年》参加全国九届美展辽宁展区获优秀奖，作品发表在《美术大观》上
2000年，创作的壁画《辽西走廊文明之光》陈列在锦州博物馆。
2001年，参加西柏坡纪念馆半景画《塔山阻击战》创作。
2002年，评为辽宁省十佳青年书画家荣誉称号；
参加黑河瑷珲纪念馆半景画《江东血泪》创作。
2003年，油画《寻梦·家园》参加辽宁省美术作品展并获1 等奖。
2004年，作品入选第十届全国美术作品展，《苹果树下》陈列在四十军军史馆。
2005年，完成海林市杨子荣纪念馆半景画《杏树屯战役》创作；
吉林出版社出版《杨永弼速写集》。
2006年，举办杨永弼等六位画家展；
参加《看不见的阵线 》5 省市画家联展。
2007年，油画《抗战的1 天来到了》在“庆祝中国人民解放军建军八十周年美术作品展览”获奖，中国美术馆收藏，作品发表在《美术》上；
创作并完成萧军纪念馆半景画《八月的乡村》。
