马维，1930年生。河北清苑人。回族。擅长油画。1951年毕业于地方 美术学院。历任新疆军区美术创作员、新疆《解放军报》美术编辑、新疆美术家协会副秘书长、天津工艺美术学校副校长、天津市工艺美术设计院副院长、调研员。作品有《海河之春》、《小巴札》、《地热利用好处多》等。
