 Maxine, born in Shenyang, Liaoning Province in 1959, graduated from Luxun Academy of Fine Arts in 1982 and stayed at the same year to teach. He is currently the chairman, professor and tutor of the Department of Environmental Art and Design, Luxun Academy of Fine Arts. Famous hand-painted artists, senior urban planning, architectural landscape and interior designers.

In 1997, "Planning and Design of Green Island Forest Park in Shenyang" won the Gold Prize of the First National Design Exhibition

In 1998, Shenyang Zhongshan Park was awarded the municipal government prize for its renovation plan.
