海晓龙，满族，1972年12月7日出生于辽宁省本溪市。1992年毕业于辽宁省纺织工业学校服装设计专业，1999年毕业于东北师范大学美术学院油画系获学士学位，2002年毕业于东北师范大学美术学院油画系获硕士学位。
现东北师范大学美术学院油画系副教授，中国美术家协会会员、吉林省美术家协会会员、吉林省美学学会理事。

Haixiaolong, Manchu, was born on December 7, 1972 in Benxi City, Liaoning Province. In 1992, he graduated from the clothing design major of Liaoning textile industry school. In 1999, he graduated from the oil painting department of the school of fine arts of Northeast Normal University and obtained his master's degree. In 2002, he graduated from the oil painting department of the school of fine arts of Northeast Normal University.

Now he is associate professor of Oil Painting Department of Art College of Northeast Normal University, member of China Artists Association, member of Jilin Artists Association and director of Jilin aesthetics Association.

In May 2002, the oil painting "Oriental White" was selected into the "National Art Exhibition commemorating the 60th anniversary of the speech at Yan'an Literature Symposium"

In September 2003, watercolor "story" was selected as the excellent award of "the first National Watercolor Exhibition"

November 2003 oil painting refraction was selected into the third China Oil Painting Exhibition

In September 2004, watercolor theme situation was selected into the 10th National Art Exhibition.
